Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to impose one way traffic on the following roads in Kidderminster:-

Aldi Store Access from its junction with Felix Baxter Drive for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction. Traffic may only proceed east to west. Aldi Store Egress from a point 11 metres north of its junction with Silverwoods Way to its junction with Silverwoods Way. Traffic may only proceed north to south.

The Council are also to consider prohibiting any vehicle from turning right out of Felix Baxter Drive onto Aldi Store Access Road; and out of Aldi Store Egress Road onto Silverwoods Way. Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side ofroad in Kidderminster-: Hurcott Road (south side) from a point 50.4 metres east of the centre point of its junction with The Deansway for a distance of 6 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
