THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a length of unnamed highway as leads off the B4022 to the north of Enstone Airfield at Enstone in the District of West Oxfordshire, referred to in the Notice published on 26 January 2017, under reference NATTRAN/SE/ S247/2634, will not be made, the application for the Order having been withdrawn.
