Hereford Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is here by given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: Resurfacing Phasel Ap, Herefordshire Temporary Closure Order 2018, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the roads shown below. Diversion routes for each closure will be signposted locally.

Resurfacing Phasel Ap, Herefordshire Temporary Closure Order 2018,

The said closures are required due to resurfacing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 26th of February 2018 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within the durations shown in Schedule 1 of the Order.
