Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Worcestershire County Council (Various Roads, Leigh Sinton) (Restricted Roads) Order 2000 (Variation) and (A4103 Leigh Sinton) (40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2011 (Revocation), (Various Roads, Leigh Sinton) (Restricted Roads) Order 2000 (Revocation) and (Various Roads, Leigh Sinton) (30 Mph and 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2017 (Revocation) and (Various Roads, Leigh Sinton) (30 Mph and 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2018 On 8 February Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limits on the following roads in Leigh Sinton:-30 mph

A4103 from a point 220 metres north east of its junction with U63447 Dragons Lane to a point 316 metres north east of its junction with C2206 Stocks Lane. B4503 Malvern Road from its junction with A4103 in a generally southerly direction to a point 35 metres south west of its junction with C2237 Lower Howsell Road. C2206 Stocks Lane from its junction with A4103 for a distance of 590 metres in an easterly then southerly direction. C2227 Sherridge Road from its junction with A4103 in a north westerly direction to a point 40 metres north west of its junction with UC62242 Hop Pole Green. U62241 Hoopers Close for its entire length. U62242 Hop Pole Green for its entire length.

U62243 Lynn Close for its entire length. U62244 Somers Close for its entire length. U62255 Pear Tree Drive for its entire length. U62256 Nash Green for its entire length. U62262 Chapel Close for its entire length. U62264 Kiln Lane for its entire length. U62266 Clewer Croft for its entire length. U62245 The Corbetts for its

entire length.

a distance of 300 metres in a north easterly direction; from a point 170 metres south

westofits junction with U63447 Dragons Lane to a point220metres north eastof

its junction with U63447 Dragons Lane.

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 1 March 2018.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order and any affected existing Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, The Library, Graham Road, Malvern, Worcs., WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

(A38 Tewkesbury Road/Stratford Bridge, Upton upon Severn/Ripple) (Temporary 10 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2018

Order made: to impose a temporary 10 mph speed limit on that part of A38 Tewkesbury Road/Stratford Bridge, Upton upon Severn/Ripple from its junction with the Gloucestershire County Boundary to its junction with C2107 Naunton, in order to facilitate carriageway works Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days: Commencing: 26 February 2018.

(C2206 Stocks Lane, Leigh Sinton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close thatpartofC2206 Stocks Lane, Leigh Sinton from its junction with U62245 The Corbetts for a distance of 400 metres in an easterly direction in order to facilitate BT Openreach ducting works.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected where thereisno other form ofaccess;and to allowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: C2206 Service Road on Worcester Road, A449 Worcester Road, B4503 Hornyold Road, B4503 Newtown Road, B4503 Leigh Sinton Road, B4503 Upper Interfields, B4503 Lower Interfields, B4503 Malvern Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 26 February 2018.

(U61234 Waterside, Upton upon Severn)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of U61234 Waterside, Upton upon Severn from its junction with A4104 High Street for the entire length in a westerly direction in order to facilitate gas replacement works by Balfour Beatty. Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected where thereisno other form ofaccess;and to allowtheworkstobeundertaken. No alternative route.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 30 days: Commencing:

19 March 2018.

(C2064 Smith End Green, Leigh Sinton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2064 Smith End Green, Leigh Sinton from its junction with C2227SherridgeRoadtoitsjunction with C2245 Hopton Lanein order to facilitate BTcablingworksbyBarden Network.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected where thereisno other form ofaccess;and to allowtheworkstobeundertaken.

Alternative route: C2064 Stitchins Hill, C2250 Sandin, C2250 Coles Green, C2227

Sherridge Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing:

21 March 2018.
