Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the C1110 from Stoke Prior to Risbury Mill, Stoke Prior, Temporary Closure Order 2018 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: C1110 from Stoke Prior to Risbury Mill from Old Hall to The Hollies OS Grid Ref: 352540 / 256295. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1055 onto the A44 south onto the C1112 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to the installation of a new underground service cable and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 5th March 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 10 days.
