Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Wyre Forest District - Non-Urban area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Mustow Green Link Road (Service Road) Mustow Green] On 8 February 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Mustow Green: Mustow Green Link Road (Service Road) (east side)
from its junction with A450 Worcester Road for a distance of 21 metres in a south westerly direction; (west side) from its junction with A450 Worcester Road for a distance of 12 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 1 March 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made

Order 2018
Order made: to make an Order to close that part of Link Footpaths F10107 Hay Close & Whitville Close, Kidderminster from its junction with U12307 Hay Close to its junction with U12308 Whitville Close in order to renew boundary box by Severn Trent. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - U12307 Hay Close, U13282 Marlpool Lane, A442 Proud Cross Ringway, A442 Franche Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 26 February 2018.
(Coniston Way, Bewdley)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that partofConiston Way, Bewdley from a point 87 metres south west of its junction with Bramley Way to a point 119 metres south west of its junction with Bramley Way in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks. Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Coniston Way; Bramley Way; Coniston Wayand viceversa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 19 March 2018.
