Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2018 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Southfield Street, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Worcester:-
Southfield Street (north side) from a point 12 metres north east of its junction with Washington Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in north-easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/ representations you may have must be sent in writingto me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire. gov.uk to be received by 22 March 2018.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at anytime on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Worcester:
Isaac Walk (south east side) from its junction with Boughton Avenue for a distance of 28 metres in a north easterly direction; (north west side) from its junction with Boughton Avenue for a distance of 19 metres in a north easterly direction. Boughton Avenue (east side) from its junction with Isaac Walk for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction and 16.6 metres in a southerlydirection. Restrict waiting Monday - Friday 12.00pm - 2.00pm:-
Boughton Avenue (east side): from a point 12 metres north of its junction with Isaac Walk for a distance of61.1 metres in anortherlydirection; (westside)from apoint61.2 metres from the centre pointofitsjunction with Isaac Walkfor adistanceof31.3 metresin anortherlydirection.

Order made: to close that part of C1066 Pound Lane, Clifton upon Teme from its junction with B4204 The Village to its junction with Pound Meadow in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4204 The Village, C2072 Hope Lane, C2072 Clifton Upon Teme, C2072 Hollybush Lane, C2072 Tedstone Wafre to Malvern Hills Boundary, B4203 Tedstone Wafre (Herefordshire County), Tedstone Delamere (Herefordshire County), Meadow Green (Herefordshire County), Little Tedney (Herefordshire County), C1066 Pound Lane and vice versa.

Order made: to close that part of U50100 Sansome Place, Worcester from its junction with U50101 Lion Court to its junction with Link Footpath F50492 Black Horse Walk in order to facilitate gas main repair works. Exemptions: to permitaccessto anyland orpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U50101 Lion Court and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days: Commencing: 27 February 2018. (C2155 Offerton Lane, Hindlip)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2155 Offerton Lane, Hindlip from its junction with A4538 Pershore Lane (roundabout) to its junction with U41207 Smite Lane in order to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. Exemptions: to permitaccessto anyland orpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A4538 Pershore Lane (roundabout); A4538 Pershore Lane; A4538 Pershore Lane; Crowle roundabout junction A4538; C2032 from A4538 Pershore Lane to Crowle Road; C2076 Plough Lane; U41205 Green Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 19 March 2018.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions ofwaiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes andlimited waitingbydisabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 8 February 2018.
