LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Swindon Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 610 Rodbourne Road, Swindon, SN2 2ER. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street Swindon, SN1 2JG (www.swindon.gov.uk). Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 21 March 2018. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
