NOTICE OF LICENCE APPLICATION
Under the Licensing Act 2003 Section 17 CRWST ltd have applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council for a Premises Licence on the 09/02/2018 for CRWST, Priory St, Cardigan, Ceredigion, SA43 1BU. We seek to licence the following activities: Sale by retail of alcohol on and off premises and regulated entertainment. This application is available for inspection at: The Licensing Section, Ceredigion County Council, Penmorfa, Aberaeron, Ceredigion, SA46 0AP. Between the hours of 10:00am until 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays by appointment, (call 01545 572179).
Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by e-mail to licensing@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 09/03/2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty if an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
