NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough and County of the Town of Poole in exercise of its powers under The Highways Act 1980, The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 intends to vary the Order controlling the use of On and Off-Street Parking Places in the Borough of Poole.
