NOTICE OF LICENCE APPLICATION

Under the Licensing Act 2003 Section 17 Ellen Wakelam has applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council for a Premises application on the 7th February 2018 for Plasywern, Tresaith, Cardigan, Ceredigion SA43 2JP

We seek to Licence the following activities: Sale of alcohol both on and off sales, Live and recorded music and films Monday to Sunday 0900 hrs and 23:00

The application is available for inspection at: The Licensing Section, Ceredigion County Council, Penmorfa, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0PA. Between the hours of 10.00am until 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays by appointment, (call 01545 572179).

Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by e-mail to licensing@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 7th March 2018 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
