APPLICATION TO GRANT/VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

I Catherine Brewer of Brewers Lodge Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to vary a Premises Licence in respect of Brewers Lodge NP12 1DS as follows:-

Amend layout of ground floor plan

Remove all embedded conditions

Vary timings of operating schedule

Add steps proposed in section M to promote the licensing objectives as voluntary conditions consistent with the operating schedule at Annex 2

No other changes are applied for other than those listed above.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Caerphilly County Borough Council, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, CF82 7PG,

You can inspect the register or the record of the application(s) by attending our offices at Penallta House between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am and 4.30pm on Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
