London Borough of Bromley Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence
Take notice that we Samuel Barber & Darren Macrae being the occupiers, owners, applicants of the undermentioned premises Southey Brewing Company Limited, 21 Southey Street, Penge SE20 7JD Have applied to the Council of the London Borough of Bromley to allow the following licensable activities to take place : Retail sale of alcohol: Monday to Friday : 12.00 to 23.59, Saturday: 10.00 to 23.59, Sunday: 11.00 to 22.00 under the above Act. This is a new application for the grant of a Premises licence.
Any person wishing to object to the application should do so by giving notice in writing stating the grounds of objection to the Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Licensing and Business Support, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH, within 28 days. Persons objecting to the application should be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before a Committee of the Council.
