Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Thomas Cook late of Ernest Dene Residential Home B-12 Donovan Avenue London N10 2JX who died on 15/11/2016 is required to send particulars thereof to the under named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice, and will not, as respect of the property, so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
