(a) a performance of a play

(b) an exhibition of a film

(c) an indoor sporting event

(d) a boxing or wrestling entertainment

(e) a performance of live music

(f) any playing of recorded music

(g) a performance of dance

(h) entertainment of a similar description to that falling within paragraph (e), (f) or (g), where the entertainment takes place in the presence of an audience and is provided for the purpose, or for purposes which include the purpose, of entertaining that audience.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton S014 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet atwww.southampton.gov. uk/la03register
Any representations by an Interested party or a relevant authority must be made In writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9LA so as to be received by them between the (14th February 2018] and [13th March 2018].
