PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003
Take notice that Asif Yaqub has applied to Pendle Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as 1 Station Road, Barnoldswick Lancashire BB18 5NA.
The proposed licensable activities are as follows:-Supply of Alcohol, & Hours Premises are open to the public - Monday to Sunday 15.00 to 24.00. Late Night Refreshment - Monday to Sunday 23.00 to 24.00.
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is at Pendle Borough Council, Planning Building Control & Licensing Manager, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lanes. BB9 7LG. The record of the application may be inspected between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm Monday to Friday.
An interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to the Planning, Building Control & Licensing Manager, Pendle Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lanes. BB9 7LG by 1st March 2018
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
