Notice is hereby given in accordance with the requirements of the above legislation of the Council's intention to include the hut and area of land adjacent to the tennis courts at Alexandra Recreation Ground, King Charles Road, Surbiton within the existing lease granted to Surbiton Racket and Fitness Club for the tennis courts at Alexandra, Kingston Road and Beverley park Recreation Grounds.
The proposal to vary the lease was approved under the delegated powers of the Head of Property which will enable the existing lessee to carry out repairs and improvement works to the hut and utilise the land for spectators seating. A plan showing the location of the hut and area of land may be inspected at the Guildhall, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU between the hours of 10.00 am and 5.00 pm on work days up to and including 12 March 2018 by prior arrangement with Mrs. K.J. Barrett (Tel. No. 020 8547 5679).
Any person wishing to make any objection to the proposed transactions should do so in writing to the Council's Head of Property at the above address no later than 12th March 2018.
