1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Amendment Order will be to introduce lengths of yellow lines as set out in the schedule to this notice.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders, plans showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders: -
(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/044, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and
(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices
4. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 28 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. ZEBRA CROSSING RIVERSIDE DRIVE, HAM
(Reference 18/042) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames under powers conferred by Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to introduce a zebra crossing in Riverside Drive, Ham.
The zebra crossing will be sited on Riverside Drive, in the vicinity of No 200. The control area will extend from a point outside the southern flank wall of No 200 Riverside Drive, extending north-westwards for a distance of 42.9 metres.
A drawing showing the proposed design will be available for public inspection for a period of 21 days from the date of this notice, quoting reference 18/042, at: -
(a) the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor),
44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; or

SPEED TABLE HARDWICKE ROAD, HAM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames proposes to install a speed table in Hardwicke Road, Ham.
The speed table will be sited in Hardwicke Road, Ham, in the vicinity of No. 11 Hardwicke Road, with a length (including ramps) of 11.5 metres. The table will be raised from the carriageway by 100mm and will tie into the existing footway. The gradient of the ramps will be 1:18.
