The Secretary of State givesnoticeofanOrder made under Section 247 of the aboveAct entitled "The Stopping up of Highways(East) (No.04) Order 2018" authorising the stopping up of areas of highway which lie adjacent to The One Bell Public House, 90High Street at Watford, in the Borough of Watfordtoenabledevelopment as permitted by WatfordBorough Council, under reference 16/01451/FUL.

Copies of the Order maybeobtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State,National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House,Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park,Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/3120) and maybe inspected during normal opening hours at Watford Borough Council, Hempstead Road, Town Hall, WatfordWD17 3EX.

Anyperson aggrievedbyordesiring to question the validity of or anyprovisionwithin the Order, on the grounds thatitisnot within the powers of the aboveAct or that anyrequirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6weeks of 16 February 2018 applytothe High Court forthe suspension or quashing of the Order or of anyprovision included.
