BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - BRUNSWICK TERRACE

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 9 February 2018 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-



(a) The temporary closure of Brunswick Terrace from its junction of Waterloo Street to its junction of Western Street

2. The Order is necessary to allow contractors of Southern Water to carry out



pipe replacement works in the carriageway.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained and the alternative route for vehicular



traffic will be as directed.

4. This Order comes into force on 19th February 2018



for eighteen months or until such sooner time as lliiiiiiiiiifc



the works are completed.
