PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
To Whom it May Concern: I, Timothy Evans, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of our Premises Licence at Snowdonia Nurseries Ltd, Llanrwst Road, Glan Conwy, Conwy, LL28 5SR, known as The Olive Tree Coffee Rooms. The application is to:- for the sale of alcohol during the hours of Mon-Sat 9am-5pm & Sun 10.30am-4.30pm. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
