I Richard Slansfield, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Hyndbum Borough Council for a Premises Licence in relaf on to premises to be known as Voodoo, Willow Street Accrington BB51LP, a brief description of the activities sought by the application being as follows: To allow the provision of regulated entertainment and sales of alcohol from 12:00 to 04:45 the following day Monday to Sunday and the provision ol late night refreshment from 23:00 to 04:45 the following day Monday to Sunday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection wi the application. Any such representations must be made in writing and made by no later than 28th February 2018 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the postal and email addresses and, where appropriate, the world wide web address (where the register of the Authority is kept and when the record of the application may be inspected) being as follows: Hyndbum Borough Council Licensing Department, Seattle House Ormerod Street Accrington BB51PF E: Icen9ng@hyndbumbcgov.uk; W: www.hyndbumbc.gov.uk.
