NOTICE OF PROPOSED MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
Major Development Affecting the Selling of a Listed Building and Conservation Area
Application No: 2018/32167 Proposal: Full Planning - Proposed new building for Warrington Youth Club with outside skate park, including storage facility on the car park Location: Land at Foundry Street, and Dallam Lane, Warrington, WA2 7NF Applicant: Rob Carter, OnSide Youth Zones
The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give nonce of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Redevelopment comprising 18no. apartments for supported living with administration office, 14no. carparking spaces and landscaping. Location: 107, Sankey Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 1NN Applicant Fairhome Group PLC
The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
