Take notice that Anandarajah Sasitharan has applied to Wirral Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the variation of a premises licence in respect of the premises at 11 New Chester Road, New Ferry, Wirral, CH62 1DG. A brief description of the proposed variation to the licence is as follows: Opening times and the supply of alcohol for off the premises Monday to Sunday 0700 to 0400 and to change conditions. Other persons or responsible authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED by the 25th March 2018. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
