NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Spirit Pub Company (Services) Ltd, have applied to the St Helens Council on 26th February 2018 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: Grapes Hotel, 254 St Helens Road, Eccleston, St Helens, Merseyside, L34 2QH. To vary the licensing plans to include the following Refurbishment of trading area, improvement of seating layout and improved access. New drinking bar and back fitting adaptions, along with new carvery. Externally no access changes from car park into site, however new access will be provided through family area with removal of existing raised floor. For full and further details please view the licensing plans. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 26th March 2018 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing and Land Charges Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens, WAI0 IHF. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing and Land Charges Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens, WAI0 IHF generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk, during normal office hours. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
