On the Pulse of Perfumery Ltd has applied to Cheshire East Council for a premises licence for Pulse of Perfumery, 25 Princess Street Knutsfbrd WA166BW So that the following Ifcensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on the premises): Mon-Sat 10.00 to 2100 Sun 11.00 to 1&00 Trie application may be viewed in full by appointment, during normal office hours at: The Licensing Section, Municipal Buildings, Earie Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ. Any representations for or against the application must be made in writing and received by The Licensing Section at the above address, by no later than the 10th April 2018. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant Persons making representations may have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
