NOTICE IS HEREBY GVEN THAT I, ANETA ZEGLINSKA APPLIED ON 6TH MARCH 2018 TO READING BOROUGH COUNCIL IN RESPECT OF PREMISES KNOWN AS MINI BISTRO ENJOY EAT89 FRIAR STREET, READING RG1 1EL For the grant of a Premises Licence for the following: The sale of alcohol for consumption ON the premises Monday - Sunday 11.00hrs to23.00hrs The application was received on

6th March 2018 and the last date for representations is 3rd April 2018. Any person wishing to view this application may do so at Reading

Borough Council by prior arrangement between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Please ring 0118 937 3762 to make

an appointment. The application can

also be requested eectronicay by emailing licensing@reading.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make representation to this application must do so in writing to Reading Borough Council, Licensing Team,

Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading RG1 2LU. Or via email to licensing®

read ng.gov.uk. Representat ons must relate to the four licensing

objectives and contain a full

name and address. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details

to be removed should be notified

to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation. The Licensing Act requires local authorities to provide the applicant copies of all representations made in relation to an application. In

some exceptional and isolated

circumstances interested parties may be reluctant to make representations because of fears of violence or intimidation if their personal details such as name and address are divulged to the applicant. In these cases, we would consider

wihholding people's personal details.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application,

the maximum fine for doing so upon summary conviction is £5000.
