BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (PRESCOTT, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2018

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the footway adjacent to the eastern boundary of number 31 Prescott, from the northern boundary to the southern boundary of said property. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by this Order will be clearly signed for the duration of the works. The purpose of this Order is to protect the safety of the public and the workforce whilst maintenance works are carried out a water mains supply pipe.. The proposed Order will come into operation on the 3rd April 2018 and its maximum duration will be 6 months or until completion of the works whichever shall be the earlier. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place for three days from 3rd April to 5th April 2018. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed.
