The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 05/04/2018 quoting the reference number. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) New Road (Part), Donhead St. Andrew;
from its junction with Scott's Hill for a distance of approximately 290m in a southerly direction to enable BT Openreach to undertake work on the overhead structure. Alternative route via Scott's Hill - Wardour Lane - New Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 8 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 08.00 and 16.00. (b) C25 High Street (Part), Ansty; from its junction with Blind Lane to its junction with Kings Lane to enable BT Openreach to work safely on underground structure. Alternative route via High Street (unaffected length) -Yule Hill - Rookery Lane - A30 - Ansty Pond - High Street (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 9 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 until 11 April 2018. (c) Bulford Road (Part), Bulford; from its junction with Churchill Avenue to its junction with Quebec Road to enable Chasetown Civil Engineering Ltd to undertake works for a new entrance into development site and to connect utilities. Alternative route via Bulford Road (unaffected length) Bulford Droveway - Milston Road - Salisbury Road - A3028 - Amesbury Road - Bulford Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 19 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 15 April 2018. A354 (unaffected length) - A350 - A31 - A338 - A354 (unaffected length)
and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 19 March 2018. It is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day on
19 March 2018 between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30, and again for one day on 26 March 2018 between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
