Notice ID:NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 – SECTION 257 NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY FOOTPATH 8 NAWTON DIVERSION ORDER 2015
On 21 September 2015 North York Moors National Park Authority confirmed (without modification) the above Order under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath running from West Sleightholmedale Farm to Aumery Park and create an alternative footpath on a line approx 15m further east in the field to the east of the West Sleightholmedale Farm to allow erection of a new shed as shown on the order map. A copy of the confirmed order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at North Yorkshire Moors National Park Authority, The Old Vicarage, Bondgate, Helmsley, York, YO62 5BP during normal office hours up to and including 25 November 2015. Copies of the order and map may be purchased at a reasonable cost by contacting Legal Services, Scarborough Borough Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. The Order came into force on 21 September 2015 but if any person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act , or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may within six weeks from 14 October 2015 apply to the High Court under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
