MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 PART 4: MARINE LICENSING
APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE TO UNDERTAKE GROUND INVESTIGATION WORKS AT FFRITH BEACH, RHYL
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that Denbighshire County Council has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence to undertake supplementary Ground Investigation on western Ffrith Beach, Rhyl.
The application and plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh LL16 3RJ.
Alternatively, copies of the application can be obtained from the Cardiff Permitting Service, Natural Resources Wales, 29 Newport Road, Cambria House, Cardiff, CF24 OTP. Permittingconsultations@Naturalresourceswales.gov.uk.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing to: Marine Licensing Team, Cardiff Permitting Service, Natural Resources Wales, 29 Newport Road, Cambria House, Cardiff, CF24 OTP, or e-mail marinelicensing@naturalresourceswales.gov.uk.
Representations or objections should be made within 28 days of the date of this notice, quoting reference: RML1802.
In your representation/objection please include an address to which correspondence may be sent.
Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, will pass to the applicant a copy of any representation or objection received.
We welcome correspondence in Welsh. There will be no delay in responding to correspondence received in Welsh.
