LICENSING ACT 2003 MAJOR VARIATION

An application has been made to Test Valley Borough Council to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Act byTesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, 6 Pilgrims Close, Valley Park, Chandlers Ford, SO53 4ST.

The variation proposes a change and

extension to the hours the store can sell alcohol (as indcated below) and also proposes to remove some embedded conditions whch are on the licence. PROPOSED LICENSED HOURS Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 23:00 The licensing register and a record of the applcation may be inspected at the

offices of Test Valley Borough Council,

Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ between normal office hours Monday to Friday except public holidays.

Any representation by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the council by

22nd March 2018.

It is an offence to knowindy or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for whch a person

is liable on summary conviction to a

maximum fine of £5,000.
