NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CAR PARK CHARGES
The Wokingham Borough Council in exercise of its powers under 35 (C) (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as further regulated by Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended) and all other enabling powers hereby gives notice of variation of the charges to be paid in connection with the use of such of the off street parking places specified in the above named Orders as listed in Schedule 1 below:.
Save for the variation of the charges specified in Schedule 1 below, all other provisions contained in the orders specified above, as amended, relating to classes of vehicles, days of operation, hours of operation, maximum waiting periods and permit holder parking shall remain the same.
The new car charges shall apply only to the off street parking places listed in Schedule 1 below, and will take effect on 2nd April 2018. If a car park is not listed in Schedule 1 below, then the charges will remain the same as at present.
