BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (RALPHS RIDE, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along Ralphs Ride between its junctions with Calfridus Way and Uffington Drive (North).
The alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be via Harmans Water Road, A322 Bagshot Road, B3348 New Forest Ride, A329 London Road & Broad Lane or by this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure workforce and public safety whilst a structural inspection of the railway bridge is carried out.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 16th March 2018 and although the Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months, it is anticipated that the road will only be closed overnight on 16th March, between 11.45pm (23:45) and 6:45am (06:45).
