Application for a variation of a Premises Licence. To whom it may concern, take note that I, Anna Swindell, give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation of a Premises licence for Cholsey Community Development Trust, Great Hall, Fair Mile, Cholsey, OX10 9GW in respect of The supply of alcohol between the hours of Monday to Wednesday 10:00-22:00, Thursday 10:00-22.30 and Friday to Saturday 10:00-23:00 and open hours of Sunday to Wednesday 09:00-22:30, Thursday 09:00-23:00 and Friday to Saturday
09:00-23:30.
Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton park, Abingdon, OX14 4SB before 07/03/2018 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
