Notice is hereby given that, Nadon 55 Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as NADON THAI RESTAURANT, 69-70 CROSSGATE, DURHAM. DH1 4PR for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following propose licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol, recorded music and late night refreshment between the hours of 11:00 and 00:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive and until 01:00 on New Year’s Day. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham.
