On 25 January 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effectofwhich will be to update the30mph speed limitson the following lengths of roads in Cutnall Green:-
C2030ElmleyLanefrom itsjunction with A442 in awesterlydirection to a point 25 metres west of its junction with UC40008 Elmley Close. C2085 Addis Lane from its junction with A442 for a distance of 655 metres in an easterly then south easterly direction. C2143 New Road from its junction with A442 for a distance of420 metres in a westerly then south westerly direction. UC40008 Elmley Close for its entire length. UC40009 School Lane for its entire length. UC40410 Oak Tree Drive for its entire length.
Update the 40 mph speed limits on the following lengths ofroads in Cutnall Green:-
A442 Droitwich Road from a point 150 metres north of its junction with C2018 in a southerly direction to a point580metres south ofits junction with C2143 New Road. C2018 Clattercut Lane from its junction with A442 for adistance of60metresin anortherlydirection. UC40405 Foster Drive for its entire length. Droitwich and Hampton Lovett:-
A442 from its junction with A38 Roman Way in a generally northerly direction to a point 200 metres north of its junction with C2074 Doverdale Lane. C2254 from its junction with A38 Roman Way in a south easterlydirection to apoint70metres north westofits junction with UC41202 New Chawson Lane.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 8 February2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for makingthe Order and anyaffected existing Order maybe inspected at Wychavon District Council, The Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich, Worcs., WR9 8DQ, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise ofthem may be questioned by application to the High Court within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictionsand StreetParkingPlaces) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Upland Road and Upland Grove, Bromsgrove]
On 25 January 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the
following lengths and sides ofroads in Bromsgrove:
Upland Road (north side) from a point 9 metres west of its junction
with Upland Grove for adistance of20metres in awesterlydirection.
Upland Grove (west side) from its junction with Upland Road for a
distance of 9 metres in a northerly direction; (east side) from its
junction with Upland Road for a distance of11 metres in a northerly
direction.
The Order will varytheabove Consolidation Order (which providesfor civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waitingbydisabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 8 February2018. Proposed Order: to close that part of Friar Street, St Andrews Street and High Street, Droitwich Spain two phases:-
(a) from its junction with Ricketts Lane to its junction with High Street

(b) from its junction with St Andrews Road for a distance of 150 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order is beingmade to facilitate carriagewayresurfacing works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Queen Street, B4090 Saltway, Priory Lane, Friar Streetandviceversa. NB - RickettsLanewill keep open toallowaccess to the car parks while High Streetis closed.
