TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (Yorkshire and the Humber) (No. 8) Order 2018" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped southern part width and south eastern part width of Palmer Lane at York in the City of York to enable development as permitted by City of York Council, under references 15/01709/OUTM and 17/01847/OUTM.
CopiesoftheOrdermaybeobtained, freeofcharge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/3144) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at City of York Council, West Offices, Station Rise, York YO1 6GA.
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 12 March 2018 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
