Notice is hereby given that we, Ramside Estates Limited, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE IMPECCABLE PIG (FORMERLY THE HOPE INN), FRONT STREET, SEDGEFIELD. TS21 3AT for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) from 08:00 – 00:00 Sunday to Thursday inclusive, 08:00 – 01:00 Friday & Saturday. The provision of indoor & outdoor regulated entertainment and late night refreshment until the finish times stated for alcohol above. Also the provision of indoor films from 08:00 – 00:00 each day and 24 hour alcohol sales for residential guests. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
