NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Lewisham intend to grant a lease of part of Hatcham Gardens to Family Mosaic for a period of approximately 112 weeks for use as a compound and site entrance in connection with their adjoining residential development at 47-49 Pomeroy Street. Hatcham Gardens will be reinstated to its original condition at the end of the works with further enhancements being carried out at the cost of Family Mosaic as required by the Section 106 agreement for the development.

The plan showing the land to be leased is available for inspection at Legal Services, 5th floor Laurence House, Catford, London SE6 4RU between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
