NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

BANK STREET. RIXTON AND WOOLSTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Bank Street from its junction with Glazebrook Lane to its junction with Vetch Close. The Order will be effective from 26th February 2018 for 3 days when signed on site.
The alternative route will be via Glazebrook Lane, Dam Head Lane and vice versa. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to carry out work to their underground apparatus.

KNUTSFORD ROAD AND LONGDIN STREET (PROHIBITION OF LEFT TURN AND PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018
The effect of which is as follows:-Temporary Prohibition of Left Turn
Knutsford Road - To prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Knutsford Road from making a left hand turn into Grange Avenue. Temporary Prohibition of Driving
Longdin Street - From its junction with Grange Avenue for a distance of 25m in an easterly direction.
The Order will be effective from Monday 19th February 2018 for 1 week when signed on site.
The alternative route for Knutsford Road will be via Knutsford Road, Thelwall Lane and Kingsway South.
The alternative route for Longdin Street will be viaTinsley Street, Reynolds Street and vice versa.
The alternative route for Kingswood Road will be via Kingswood Road, Westbrook Crescent, Europa Boulevard, Charon Way, Burtonwood Road and vice versa. The restrictions are required to allow United Utilities to carry out sewer repair works.

ACCESS WILL BE UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE RELEVANT CONTRACTOR FOR THE DURATION OF THE WORKS.
THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 29) ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4,32,35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-
1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 3) (Part 1) Order 2017, is revoked in so far as it relates to the No Waiting At Any Time as follows:-

Kerfoot Street (South Side) - From its junction with Dallam Lane for a distance of 50 metres, in a north easterly direction.
2. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-

(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the deletion of:-

John Street From its junction with Winwick Street for a distance of 13.8 (South Side) metres in an easterly direction. Meadow Avenue From its junction with Chester Road for a distance of 13.6 (Both Sides) metres in an easterly direction.
(b) In the 32nd Schedule by the deletion of:-

NO WAITING BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:30AM TO 4:30PM. MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Powell Avenue From a point 27 metres south east of its junction with (Both Sides) Delenty Drive, in a south easterly direction, as far as the
gated closure approximately 62 metres south east of its
junction with Fembank Close.
(c) In the 70th Schedule by the deletion of:-

DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES
All that part of the south east side of Ridgway Street which is bounded on the south east side by so much of the edge of the carriageway of that highway as extends from a point 12 metres north east of its junction with Venns Road in a north easterly direction for a distance of 6.6 metres, all measured along the said road and which has a width throughout of 1.8 metres._

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with plans showing the restricted areas and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Rebecca Lee of the Legal Services Section or delivered by hand to the address above by 8th March 2018 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
