Public Notice of Application for Variation of Premises Licence. Application has today been made to the Council for the above Licence by. Name of applicant: Settle Cricket Club, Address of premises: Marshfield Road, Settle, BD24 9BP For: Variation of Plans of Premises to include extension to function room. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ by 23rd March 2018. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
