THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING AND TEMPORARYWAITINGRESTRICTIONS IN THE A411 BEECHEN GROVE/A412 ST ALBANS ROAD ROUNDABOUT, WATFORD) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14[1] of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit alltrafficfrom using theA411 Beechen Grove/A412 St Albans Roadroundabout, Watfordfromits junctionwiththe A412 northbound slip road leadingonto the northbound carriagewayofA412 St AlbansRoad clockwise for adistance of approximately 40 metres ("theRoad").
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, the A412 St Albans Road/A41 North Western Avenue roundabout and A412 St Albans Road.
ADDITIONALLYall vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 12 February2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of
9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bankand public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF HILFIELD LANE, BUSHEY) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Hilfield Lane, Bushey from its junction with Pegmire Lane south eastwards to its junction with Summerhouse Lane ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 285 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Hilfield Lane, B462 Hartspring Lane, A41 Elton Way, SandyLane
and Hilfield Lane.
The Order is needed because foul water connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 12 February2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF VARIOUS CYCLEWAYSINSOUTH OXHEY)
ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedal cyclists from using the following lengths of cycleway ("the Cycleways"):-
1. the cycleway situated on the east side of the service road fronting Nos.24-38 The Parade, South Oxhey from apoint 166 metres north west of its junction with Oxhey Drive north westwards for adistance of approximately 14 metres.

Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway.
2. the cycleway situated on the west side of the service road fronting Nos.24-38 The Parade and the south side of Fairfield Avenue, South Oxhey from apoint 180 metres north wes of its junction with Oxhey Drive north westwards and south westwards for adistance

of approximately 22 metres. Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Cycleways. If theOrder is made,it shallcome intoforceon26February2018 foraperiodof upto18months. However, the restrictions specifiedshallonly take effect at the timesindicated by signsonor near the Cycleways.
