CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING (CONSOLIDATION)(AMENDMENT NO 5) ORDER
GOLDEN BUTTS ROAD, WILMOT ROAD. MORNINGTON ROAD, BREWERY ROAD, MAYFIELD ROAD AND RAILWAY ROAD, ILKLEY
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 20th February 2018 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce restrictions of No Waiting at Any Time on lengths of Golden Butts Road, Wilmot Road, Mornington Road, Brewery Road, Mayfield Road and Railway Road and a Bus Stop Clearway on a length of Railway Road. The Order comes into force on 26th February 2018 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY, the Visitor Information Centre, Town Hall Ilkley and Ilkley Library. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 20th February 2018) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
