Notice is hereby given that on 13 February 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley by Christian Andrews Interiors Ltd for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Christian Andrews Interiors Ltd (Company No: SC544597) and having its Registered Office at Office 111A Neilston Road, Paisley, Renfrewshire PA2 6ER and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 13 February 2018 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald newspaper; ordained the said company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; eo die nominated and appointed Barry John Stewart, Insolvency Practitioner, 180 Advisory Solutions Limited, 2nd Floor Suite, 148 Central Chambers, 11 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6LY to be provisional liquidator of the Company and authorised him to exercise the powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said company's assets, and particularly the powers contained in Schedule 4, Part 6 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
