Licensing Act 2003 -Notice of Application to Wigan Council I Stephen John Simms of The Point Astley Limited, Unit 5 Astley Point, Ann Lane Tyldesley M29 7SG have applied to Wigan Council for a new Premises Licence. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are -The sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:30, occasionally unamplified live music 17:00 to 22:00 Thursday to Saturday, Sunday 13:00 to 19:00, back ground music 11:00 to 23:00 Daily. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 02/03/2018. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100,Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
