Notice is hereby given that on 15 February 2018 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by The Royal Bank of Scotland Public Limited Company craving the court inter alia that Grosvenor Investments Limited (Company No. C31238) having its Registered Office at c/o Spectrum Management & Consulting Ltd, Suite 7, Henville Building, P.O. Box 258, Charlestown, Nevis (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Preston, Insolvency Practitioner of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3BX and David John Dunckley, Insolvency Practitioner of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2P 2YU be appointed as Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, The Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 21 February 2018 ordained any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Court of Session within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
