NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY CLEARWAY, HABTON ROAD, KIRBY MISPERTON, ORDER 2018, NO. 103
We intend to make a further Order, to prohibit any vehicle from stopping or remaining at rest at any time on any part of both sides of Habton Road, Kirby Misperton from a point 48 metres north east of the track opposite Kirby-o-Carr Farm towards Kirby Misperton village, to a point 48 metres south west of the track opposite Kirby-o-Carr Farm towards Great Habton village, such area of road being designated as a Clearway, for a temporary period of maximum duration between 13/03/18 & 12/03/19 (inclusive), due to the likelihood of danger to the public. The restrictions will apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs. The Clearway restrictions will not apply to vehicles servicing premises situated on or adjacent to that area of road, vehicles being used by statutory undertakers, local authorities in pursuance of statutory powers or duties, postal services and for fire brigade, ambulance and police purposes.
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC, BARTON HILL TO BARTON-LE-WILLOWS, ORDER 2018, NO. 78
We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Barton Hill to Barton-Le-Willows for a temporary period of 8 days (subject to access to premises), between 12/03/18 & 19/03/18, due to works. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. PROHIBITION OF HEAVY COMMERCIAL VEHICLES, NORTON-ON-DERWENT LEVEL CROSSING, EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2018
The notice of making the above Experimental Order published in last week's edition should be amended as follows: - The period of making an application to the High Court to question the validity of the Experimental Order is within 6 weeks (not 6 months) of 09/02/18; and A copy of the Order and associated documents will be on public deposit and may be inspected until 26/08/19.
