SELBY DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following is a Departure from the Development Plan. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Selby District Council in respect of the following proposal: A. Retrospective demolition of existing single storey agricultural building and proposed construction of a single bungalow dwelling at Ashfield Farm, York Road, Stillingfleet by Mr Tony Nightingale. Ref: 2018/0107/FUL. Electronic copies of the application, plans and documents which accompanied it are available for inspection at Access Selby, 8-10 Market Cross, Selby, Sherburn Community Resource Centre, Selby District Council Community Office, Finkle Hill, Sherburn In Elmet and at Tadcaster library, Station Road, Tadcaster during normal opening hours. Applications can also be viewed using the authority's 'PublicAccess' website atwww.selby.gov.uk. Please note that on Wednesdays Access Selby will not open until 10.00am to allow for staff training. Any person who wishes to make representations to the District Council about the application should do so in writing during the period of twenty-one days beginning with the date of publication of this notice to the address below.
