PUBLIC NOTICE SWALE & URE DRAINAGE BOARD LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1991
D R A I N A G E R A T E S NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 48, 49 and 51 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 that on the 8th day of February 2018, the above Drainage Board made a Drainage Rate for their District as follows, to meet the estimated expenditure of the Board within the period mentioned. An occupiers rate of 0.111p in the £ on the basis of the Annual Value of hereditaments in the District for the twelve months ending on the 31st March 2019. And Notice is further given that the Special Levy required from HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL shall be in the sum of £106,704.30p, from HARROGATE BOROUGH COUNCIL shall be in the sum of £74,017.46p, and from RICHMONDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL shall be in the sum of £22,233.41p.
